Please remember, you will have a little say in the process and everything will happen as per their need.you will need to buy their insurance which is way more expensive than the other ones in market. Very unprofessional. Don’t expect any replies from them. They had disbursed higher amount than the demand and builder had to refund the amount. builder needed a consent from them but it took 4 weeks for them to respond. I was the one who was paying higher emis , interest because of their mistake.After every other mistake , they say that sorry it’s in our policy. Please choose some other bank and save yourself from this nightmare.
