I joined La belle, enticed by their introductory offer on skin care services a few months back.
I have an acne scar problem, which is not very profound but I was in search of some skin clinic which would give me a smooth textured skin.
I visit Kaya and La belle and due to the price quotient, opted La belle for the same services:
12 glycolic peels + 8 micro Derma aberrations
Total cost of INR 12000 for the whole package paid in 6 EMIs via a service they have.
See they entice you with all this and you look at the brand La belle and think that you can’t go wrong.
ALAS!
now, the entire clinic has only one doctor who is so bogged down with all the patients that if you pay her a visit in the evening, the service deteriorates as the sun sets.
they hardly give a crap about patients. For them once they receive the money, I think that is it.
Anyway, after about half my sessions were over, I told the doc that I couldn’t see any difference in my face. Then she asked me to wait for the the whole session to complete for me to see results.
I did as told, believing her.
After the entire set of sessions finished, I still couldn’t see any difference. I was pissed at this point, very very angry!
I confronted them and gave them a piece of my mind, told them very clearly that this is a utter waste of my money. So, to compensate, she gave me another 2 free services. After this too, I couldn’t see a difference.
and on top of that the reps were trying to sell me more sessions, saying the problem would get resolved.
I yelled at them black and blue and walked out of there vowing never to enter the place again.
The whole intention of writing this article was to tell you to stay away from skin clinics - waste of money and no magic results that they promise you at the beginning.
