Hi friends here I am sharing my personal experience on la Calypso, Goa.so here we were in a group of 10 friends we always stay at this hotel but this time, it was pathetic firstly the rooms were very basic.I was expecting better looking rooms for the price I paid.the check in was quick but the rooms did not disappoint me.
There was no fresh fruits juice on any day in breakfast we stayed there for 5 days. There was no milkshake in breakfast.They had placed cold milk in its place with canned juices. We asked for a milkshake or cold coffee, they said its chargeable and we requested the manager and he refused. that we talk with the owner and he said no.
don't know but there was a visible change in the attitude of the staff don't know smiling faces rude attitude back by the owner. The first answer for any help was always and constantly 'No'. Few more example of worst experience.
in dinner they refuse to serve even one portion of ice cream.
At breakfast they refuse to give Dosa and uttapam.
There was no live counter are there in breakfast to dinner.
legit cheap behaviour of the management when we order tea in a room and asked them to send 4-5 cups, we were asked to be specific whether we need 4cups for 5 cups.
I asked the waiter to give me hot milk in a glass. He came and give me the glass and asked me to take the milk on my own. He refused to serve it.
wework put in deluxe room there were no handles given to us for all five days despite demanding the same.
no positive in vibrant atmosphere it looks like a corporate canteen rather than a good hotel.
in all I would certainly not come to this property ever again and I would not recommend to it to anyone in the future
