I visited Lakasa because no one else seemed to have an 8x8 tile that matched the ones already in my bathroom. Little did I know the experience was going to turn in to a nightmare. It took them 1month to send me a sample tile after continuously promising to do it the next day, which in the end I had to pick up.
I know this should have been an indication of their callous nature, but I had little option. I had already been to Kotla and GK and couldn’t find similar tiles anywhere. Anyway, when I placed the order, Mr. Srinivas tells me that it will take 2 days. After 5 days and no communication from him, I am assured, it will come the next day, because they had some problem getting it from the factory. (Rubbish - they get a tempo a day from the factory I was told by Guru at the reception)
I am now sitting on day 10 and have yet to receive my material. I have gotten all kinds of excuses from them, from the road is bad to I thought you were someone else when you rang so sent the wrong order to gurgaon to I am trying to call the tempo guy but he is not picking up the phone. (amongst others)
I have never had such a bad experience with another vendor before. Since there is nothing much I can do with regards my order now, I am writing a review on mouthshut hoping no one else gets stuck doing business with them. For your own sake, do not touch them with a bargepole!
