True Goan setting by the Beach

So La Plage is undoubtedly the most recommended restaurants in North Goa. This area is mainly flocked by foreign tourists and is less crowded than the commercialized parts of Goa such as Baga, Calangute, Anjuna& Candolim.

As you enter, you come across a small market with boutique shops for clothing, accessories, etc.

La Plage decor is very well done by utilizing mostly the natural setting of Palm trees. Its amazing to site by the beach, watch the sunset digging your feet in the sand.

We ordered the La Plage specials - "mussels" and it was indeed special and highly recommended. We also had chicken liver paste - very unique preparation but only if you are okay with such delicacies. I din particularly enjoy the prawns and the chicken burger we ordered was slightly dry, but then again - it was french cuisine.

The staff is very courteous and gives you time to just lay there as long as you want. We spent a great time here, walking by the beach and loved our overall experience.

If you haven’t yet been here, then please do so. Its a must visit place!
