Sub: Complaint.

This message is regarding a lacoste watch that I purchased in the end of 2014 from authorised lacoste showroom(Inorbit Mall Hyderabad). After using the watch for 6 months, the strap lost all the printed "lacoste" writing on the strap. I brought it in the knowledge of the store via a phone call in the mid of 2015. They never assisted me nor replied back. I then personally went to another Lacoste store in the Indian capital New Delhi.
They asked me to show it at the store from where I purchased it i.e. Hyderabad. On reaching to the store, the storekeeper took several pictures of the damaged strap( the silicon strap which has lost all the Lacoste markings from it). He assured me that he will look for a strap replacement. Today I got a call from the storekeeper that in India there is no service provided by Lacoste. The dial is absolutely scratch less only the strap has the problem.
I am absolutely clueless as to why Lacoste makes these expensive watches which dont even last for 6 months of use. What is the whole point in conning the customers. I am absolutely disappointed with the way Lacoste has handled the issue.
I definitely would never personally make a visit to any of the Lacoste stores world wide and never recommend this brand to any of my friends and family.
