After the hype created by the news channels on this movie I booked my ticket to see whats in store. I was quite happy to have watched this one. A plesent movie that tickels you is what I can say to sum it up.
First half
The movie starts with "Circuiteshwar" indulging in one of his electric moves. From then on the movie moves in at a frentic "funny" pace throughout the first half. Vidya Balan is drop dead gorgeous with her "Good Mooooooooorningggggggggg Mumbai" salutes. The chemistry between Munna and Circuit works out really well in this one too. As usual circuit comes up with his one liners that makes you laugh forever. The first half is really the highlight of the movie. Well done to the cast and crew.
Second Half
It seems as though the director wanted to convey a message and he does that part very well in the second half. Second half is fully of "Gandhigiri" fundas and I liked the one where the guy asks for help from "Pan" spitter. True Gandhian style indeed. In a way it inspired me to go through the wiki site on Gandhi and Sathyagraha. I am already hearing stories of the movie inspiring people to use "Gandhigiri"in real life and really happy to know that. Having said that, I felt the director misses the plot a little when using "gandhigiri" aganist Lucky Singh.
Cast
Like the first part this one is also blessed with a brilliant cast. This is going to be the biggest plus point for Munna and co even in future Munna movies. Sanjay and Arshad Varshi make an excellent pair.
Overall I am very happy I saw this one. Good movie to watch with family. "Lage Raho" and "Cheers"
"Will Gandigiri succeed" is the hottest topic people are debating and its a positive thing that for this "Gandhi jayanthi" people who watched this movie will atleast be thinking of Gandhi. If you are curious you better watch this one!
