It was on 27th me pooja saini n sabina went to this lakme saloon in trivandrum.we both r from dehi n thought of going to this place in krishna commercial complex bakery jn.tiruvanantpuram, kerela. manager-karthika ajith. I got waxing of full legs n face cleaning and sabina got her upper lips n face cleaning done. though my waxing was done nicely but, upper lips were done badly sabina got a cut n when she said hair is still there but no body there was ready to listen.and face cleaning was a disaster.they just applied a cream n cleaned it then a scrub n without doing a scrub she again cleaned it n then put a face pack.that was all in 5 minutes n when we asked u told us 30 minutes. n u have not taken even10 minutes, they told us this is how it is done n u have to spend Rs1000 if u want satisfied result.another thing which I want to tell s that they used the same water since they started n cleaned ours face with same water.that was disgusting n dirtiest thing I have gone through in a good saloon like this.we both r shocked with the services of lakme. I have gone to lakme so many times in dehi n mumbai but tiruvanantpuram was a big disappointment.
When I had a talk with miss.karthika she told me that there will be a difference services between delhi n trv. that answer was shocking to me by manager herself. I want u to do special audit n check urself if u don’t believe me.this is not the first time I have got face cleaning done.
Such a big brand lakme n this kind of services. Don’t spoil your name with these mistakes. please do some audit or train the girls properly. This place is spoiling your brand. customer wants satisfaction for the money they have paid.good luck on ur brand.
