Lakme is a very reputed cosmetics brand and I have been using some of their products for years like peach milk moisturizer, nail paints, lip colors, daily wear souflle’ etc.
Some time back I bought **Lakme Deep Hydrating Mask** from a cosmetics store
for dry skin
proclaims to re-hydrate and soothe skin
*Ingredients**- besides the usual found in marketed face packs, contains marshmallow and chamomile extract, sunflower oil, honey extract.
*Cost**- Rs. 180 for 50g pack
I used it according to instructions. After using it I found that it caused **red spots** on the face and **itchiness**. I had to use rose water and other things but they didn’t go away. Next day there were **zits **instead of spots.
Instead of hydrating it made s**kin dull, lifeless and prone to trouble**. I tried it again after few days and there was no difference.. I even tried to dilute it before use with the same results.
I found that it had caused **similar problems in other people** who used it. I can only conclude that marketed the product without enough testing and left the customers with even more skin problems.I am surprised and disappointed that big names like Lakme do this to buyers.
I would ask everyone to** never, ever waste your money on this rubbish**.
