Lakme insta liner is jet black in shade .It doesn’t come in any other shade which is a bit drawback .But talking about the product, completely matte liquid liner .Comes with a great applicator . Just love the liner applicator for giving a very precised application and perfect look . This liner does mention that it is waterproof , which indeed it is but it is not smudge-proof .It does get spread if rubbed on .Not a very good choice for summers . But for beginners , I would highly recommand Lakme Insta Liner . And the best part of it is that its highly affordable .Hence getting such product in such a low price its worth . And also the quality with they provide is 9ml which is more than worth for the price they offer . Hence all in all its a Good product for the price it offers
