I want to share my girlfriends experience on using this lakme insta eye liner .
As she is a big fan of lakme products so I buyed her some cosmetics with this insta liner . She started using it and came to me but after an hour or so the liner began to smudge all over her eye because its not water proof and during summers younshould not wear this liner if you are going out during daylight as the heat and sweat smudges it all over then you’ll feel embarrased.
