Lipbalms once considered a makeup item are now a necessity. Even if you are not a makeup person, a lipbalm is indespensible. Just slide it in your purse, pouch or wallet and you are good to go. The market is flooded with lip balms of different brands, flavours, shades etc.
Lakme has also added to the trend. The lip loves by lakme is a retractable bullet lipstick form tinted lip balm with spf 12. It has a creamy centre and resembles a lipstick. ( Has a stark similarity to Elle 18 lipsticks) . It is priced at Rs 200 for 3.8g.
PROS- Has Spf 12 in it , nice fragrance, gives a lovely tint, makes lips soft and supple.
CONS- Expensive as compared to its drugstore contemporaries, very flimsy packaging, moisturisation is not long lasting at all.
VERDICT- I would not recommend you to buy this. You can find tons of lip balms better than this at this price range. The packaging is exceptionally cheap, plasticy and flimsy. Definitely not worth the money.
