Customers beware of the method used to cheat you. On my visit I specified I do not want to straighten my hair permanently as I have done it a couple of years back and had ample hair fall. The consultant promised a new treatment which is better than smoothening and on repeatedly enquiring to ensure it is not straightening. The reply given was ’This treatment was not straightening, with less chemical when compared to smoothening and straightening and it was the latest. On application when asked for the product details, the product used was ’straight therapy’. Which is nothing but what I had asked them not to do. On questioning the same they had no answer and the bill came from Rs8, 000 to 4, 000. Ensure you check the products they actually use.
