I am using Lakshmi Vilas Bank service for past 3 years. There is no much offers, I felt its a toughest bank. If any complaints I had need to go the concern bank directly, there is no online query option. There is no proper guidance to reach the customer support. When ever I visit to the branch for depositing money I don’t have to wait for the long time in the que, the process is done fast and in a better way.
