I opened an account in Lakshmi Vilas Bank 7 months back. I enabled Internet banking also. Internet banking is fine. Customer service is also good. But the main problem comes with ATMs . There is no ATM network in main places in the city. I opened an account in this bank as this near my house but there is no wide network of ATMs. ATM maintenance is also very bad. It will be out of service most of the times. They don’t mention that ATM is not working.
Once I had this problem. I swiped ATM card, but the cash was not dispensed. It showed a message "Please try after some time". They should maintain the ATM s properly. Exchange is also good which is around 60 rs for one dollar. We cannot link our Paypal account to this bank.
