I will give you mix review about this place as I have visited this place several times but sometimes my experience wasn’t pleasent due to poor customer service, however food is good. ( I am not including bread in this) .
When I visited last time I ordered butter sevusal, its cost is Rs.60, which is actually good if you compare with other street sevusal in term of hygiene but their bread wasn’t in a good condition to eat still they served me.
I did not complain as I do not eat bread with sevusal but most of time I have seen that I do not have fresh bread. moreover, they usually do not serve green onions which is actually most important thing in sevusal.
