Hi, I had been a regular customer for Lalitha since past 4years. The quality and price both are not satisfying.
I went to exchange a gold chain which I got it at the same shop two years back. When I asked the executive about the same he told it needs to be tested and after testing they told the jewelry is not bought from their shop.
I was really upset and even the wastage when I got few years back was 5% but now they are charging 10% when I asked about the same there was no answer.
Really Lalitha is cheating the customers now a days.
And also the customer care executives are so aurogent.they doesn’t even bother to attent the customers.
The parking is another major issue.when ever we go alwas the parking will be full as there is only limited parking acess which will add much more frustration.
