Folks, I am not sure why I have missed this shop for all these years. Yesterday, went to my usual shop - GRT and bought for 1L plus necklace for my daughter’s wedding.
As usual negotiated and negotiated and negotiated( bargain like vegi market) and brought down the wastage from 14% to 12%. Later moved on to Lalitha for few more items based on my relative’s choice. Surprise. Their shop is much bigger, with more varieties on offer.
The sales person was very co operative and courteous. Above all, the wastage is FIXED price at 5% and 7% on different set of jewels. NO negotiation and no waste of time. Of course no cheap gifts too.( yes, we got 2 jewel boxes of cheap plastic from GRT:-) Checked the jeweles and they are all 916 stamped. Quality of workmanship is comparable with GRT. Ofcourse came out of the shop with 3L plus jewels.
Dont waste your time and money with others. Give atry to Laitha at Malleswaram. You wont regret it. Happy shopping!
