We have been doing our Car Insurance direct from Iffco-Tokio(LallyAutomobiles) [CourtesyHonda, Okhla] since we purchased our car in 2010 and everything has been great so far. However, recently when I had issues in my car’s lock and other things, and wanted it replaced, I contacted the insurance department. and could not believe what they said. "YOUR CAR INSURANCE IS CANCELLED almost 7-8 months ago".
Just to confirm that I was never sent any letter on my registered address, not they communicated this to me by any means. Secondly, the insurance was paid in Cash and according to them, I must have been refunded. How a cash transaction was refunded, they have failed to inform that and even could not produce any receipts for the refund they made.
This Honda center has become totally fraud now. I am not sure about the Sales, as we did not make any sales from here in past many years. However, on Service ground its quality has degraded a lot. Even based on experience of one of my friend last year, he was given Fake warranty papers for a new car purchased from there, and only generated a correct one, when they could identify an incorrect entry in it.
Guys, BEWARE of dealing with this center for any of your transactions. Better if you can take proofs/evidences of Each and everything they say verbally.
