Im a XI standard student and I seriously feel that the guy giving Lancers a 1-star rating needs a psychiatrist.
Now my Introduction..(formally atleast :)
Studied at Lancers Convent till 6th (mid term).Studing at K.R.Mangalam World School Vikaspuri in XI right now because I had to shift to Vikaspuri.. (used to live in rohini sec -16 earlier).Have 4 cousins studying in Lancers .. one of my cousin brother has already passed out of the school and is doing B -Tech.
*Lets Get to the Point*
I came across this mouthshut review recently and saw this guy with the alias (or may be the real name) screamdahara ruining the well reputed image of Lancers Convent ... and seriously I couldnt stand it.
well screamdahra I am going to scream at you next time we meet.
Now as far as my opinion about Lancers Convent Prashat Vihar goes. Its brilliantly shiny. One of the best Academic Institutions available for your kids given any age.First id like to counter this screamdahra guy...
Lancers Convent is totaly a Co-ed school.. I remember roaming around in the beak with my friends.. most of them were girls. I sister who is also in class XI in lancers would totaly agree with this.
OK I agree that pulling by the ear and holding in the mid air is a rude... but is almost as much as hard to believe except if you weigh less than 10 Kgs.
Next, I seriously dont believe removing the Turban of a Sikh.. I would request "Screamdahra" to please mail me the name of the sikh so I can ask him personaly on fb.As for the sports .. yup Lancers got a football stadium size humoungous ground though I realy didnt have much inclination towards sports.
The Best Thing About Lancers Convent. This School Has Got This seriously HUGE auditorium with a private recording system debates are conducted in each class every week (till 5 th) along with creative writing competitions the children are given a boost of confidence when they are awarded in front of the whole school and seriously screamdehra... who ever you are ... when I left Lancers I was never shy to face the World (or as a subset - GIRLS... with whom you quiet frankly appear to have a problem).
I always had a lot of friends who were girls.. the co curricular activities conducted in the school were done in groups have equal distribution of girls and boys.. my teachers made sure of that.
I used to sit with girls as my partners man n they keep shifting the partners. one thing about the school is that it is seriously disciplined and academics is just over the top ... yeah..
and the other thing is the teachers are constant trying to find out the talent hidden in the child and boost it up.. yes people I am saying this from my personal experience...
I SO TOTALY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL...
P.S.- I have won a lot of competitions of varying subjects and right now I am playing the lead role in the annual day function of my school .. all thanx to Lancers for providing me with confidence... and ofcourse my parents for being with me... :)
