I simply love it!!!! Yes I know its a gents perfume but I love the subtle musky fragrances available in that dept .For one I could never use a strong/Heady or floral perfume…just not my type and I really land up getting a headache with such stuff. Hence Lanvin suits me fine with its slightly musky, slightly powdery fragrance. I find even If I put on a small amt of this perfume, it will linger on through out the day. Ofcouse that depends on whether u r buying Eau de parfum (a concentrate of any perfume-more expensive) OR Eau de toilette ( a diluted milder version of the same perfume -less expensive) .I picked up my Lanvin bottle at the Thailand duty free(king of Duty free) shopping area .So I landed up paying around Rs.2300/- for 100ml(on conversion of the bhat ofcourse!!!).I am also an avid fan/user of Caroline Herrera 212, Cool Water, Clinique Happy, Hugo Boss-Woman, Eau De Cartier, Versace, Gio De Giorgio Armani, Farenheit , Poeme(Yes Im a perfume Freak…..look out for my upcoming reviews of the same in future)
But I would Definitely recommend Lanvin to guys/girls (Yes !!girls try using a gents perfume once in a while……they are super )alike .I have never got a headache with this perfume even if I use it in the day(sun). Its ideal for nights /day.Though I prefer leaving the likes of poeme(strong but wonderful….eau de parfum) for the night and prefer a softer fragrance like lanvin for the Day.Im not too sure if Lanvin is easily available out here , havent really looked. The bottle is pretty simple but neat.It had a sort of cap-locking facility on the cover.Transparent, blue in color. I think it’s a perfume that spells class.Try it guys!!! Its great.
