For final Interview the company hires interviewer from other country(USA) and do not disclose that to the applicant. Instead the company says, the customer will take final interview. In the interview the Customer/interviewer do not even tell his name and provide any information about him. They forces the applicant to open his camera(in virtual interview) and they even do not show their faces and do not open their cameras.
They(HR manager) even forces the applicant to join the online interview meeting late night at their convenient time and the interviewer convenient time.
This kind of unprofessional behavior from the uneducated peoples working for this company is really not expected. They need training.
