I will never suggest an experienced one to join this company.
Before joining accept that you have to work like a DONKEY.
Once you enter the company for sure for first year forget about annual hike, for next years expect the hike 2-3%.
I worked with Mobility BU, it’s full of OLD Dated Managers who runs the company like a factory, people in Mobility BU are treated as SLAVE.
At time of Hike, they will give you, idiotic excuses
To grow in company you need to do CHAMCHAGIRI & without working less than 12-15 hours never think of "You Are A GOOD Employee". Work like DONKY & know well how to do chamchagiri, you can grow in company
Mobility BU, I have been in this BU for 2.4 years, as I had wnated to leave this company after 6 months only but due to my personal reasons I could not quit this company, when did I came to the company they said project is in Pipeline and till today they don’t have any client project, still people work there like donkey for demo applications.
Policies are pathetic as well as facilities
Compared to Company more of F* Managers suck your life
