I order for a flip cover for samsung s5. while ordering money debited from my bank account but my order is not confirmed. But a pathetic customer support latestone have. they don’t have any contact no. so just raised a ticket And then I again order the same product via cash on delivery.
After two days I got call from latestone executive named Deepti. she told me that they already recieved my money the they will convert cod order into prepaid order.
But when the courior boy came to me with order he was asking me money for order. We try to contact latestone many times but there is no use. no one is picking the call nor replying to mail. Then I got call after two days they said they will send a mail that I have to show to courier boy so he will deliver me the order.
But till today two days already passed they didnt send me any mail nor picking the phone. Still my money stuck with this stupid website.
