My Experience:
I had ordered an LG G2 mobile cover on their website. The cover looked authentic and good on the website. Since the price was just Rs.599, compared to other websites, selling the same product at a higher rate, I ordered the mobile cover on this website.
The order was confirmed on 15th September and on 18th september, I got an email mentioning that the product has been shipped to my address.
As of today, its been 3 months since I placed the order and its been shipped, but the product has not reached me! I have no clue, if they actually send it via a ship! Because even through snail mail, it arrives in 3 weeks. I emailed them thrice, mentioning the product code and also a copy of their email confirming the shipment of my ordered product. But everytime, I get a reply as "Ma’am your order has been confirmed and shipped. There has been some internal error because of which the shipment has been delayed. You will soon receive your order. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Pathetic website to shop at. I was lucky that I had opted for a cash-on-delivery, hence no money lost.
Last Word: Not shopping here, totally Not recommending!
