Product mismatch - support sucks

Purchased a iPad 4 flip cover, it doesn’t fit at all, sent the images. Latestone claims the below, is it not ridiculous to reason out that the product was under offer and sending a different product which is just a thrash? Just to remind you Latestone, every ecommerce site is selling on offer, not just charity. See the image 1a for the product difference Here’s your template response for my ticket# 538774, dont say your person will get back, they will again get back with the same template message.
