I purchased a product and made the mistake of paying online on 11th December.I read a mail confirming the order the same day but after that day there has been absolutely no correspondence.I managed to get through to their so called customer service on 16th and they told me it was already dispatched and would reach me the next day.
It’s the 21st today and now I can’t even get to their customer service.it’s a STD number and they keep you on hold for 2:30 mins and then disconnect, you keep trying and make STD calls and no answer.
Please DO NOT pay online for any product, better still avoid such scam sites and use sites like Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal.
