Some days before I was using facebook while using it I saw a watch which is uploaded through ’LatestOne’ an Online Shopping Website the watch was not so expensive and easy to buy it after that I ordered it after 2-3 days I got the watch and after that when I unbox that that watch was broken from back side after that when I saw that the watch was broken from back side I opened the website once again to send the complain for damage item received I saw there mail I’d on website after that I follow there instructions after reported a complaint the website and after that the website ask me for product I’d and photo which I have buyed after that I send both the items and after that they send me mail that your complaint has been seen and shortly you will get a mail and after that they gave me some refundable code but they don’t tell me that where to use it and my problem has not solved till now.
