If you don’t love your stuff give it to them for washing, they will never return to you.
I had given a costly blanket for was, they are not able to return. I tried to take 1000’s of follow-up, shopkeeper will say sorry sir I have given to main branch for washing. and main branch will ask infinite time to search.
after sometime, you will loose hope in getting back the same.
there is no response at all, they will save your number and never answer after some time.
I am also preparing myself for consumer forum. Its a scam.
