I purchased this lava A71 in the month of April for Rs 6500/- from local seller. The touch screen pad works good. While I am using this phone for download purpose like applications, PDF files I am facing hang problem. The phone turns quit and shows pop-up like ram updated problem, UI presently not working. And also the service centers are not available in my locality.
There is no return policy for the product. Hence please avoid purchase. It’s not money worthy.
