Don’t buy these rebranded devices ! I bought a lava xtron 6 months ago! After 3 months it started acting weird (closing on its own and battery backup was very very bad !) I thought at this cost I can bear this but after some days it stopped and wasn’t getting switched on, I went to service center in Gaya, Bihar to get it repaired.
The service center guy told me that this will take damn many days go to some big city to get it repaired , I was fortunate that I was going to kolkata in sum days. Then I gave my tab in a service center. He asked me come back after 10 days. I was happy that it would be fast, but when I went thr he said it didnt came back yet, I took his phone no.
So tht I dnt have to face disappointment again, so after sum I tried the no. and it came as busy! I tried again and again . so I decided I should go and check and when I went thr he told thr is a lack of parts in the service center so wait for another week or so...I waited and it crossed around 50 days! Till I gt a hand on my tab back! >>> So total time from purchase=4 months and time it didn’t work= 2 months ... tat wasn’t all!
The same thing started happening 50 days ago! So I checked the lava site for the no. of the service center, it was the no. and address but the phone was busy ! well tat wasnt a problem I just have to go thr and submit it ... bt when I went thr I found out tat these sh*thead closed the service center ! would it kill u to remove it?
After sum days I found one in sealdah, kolkata verified its there then went thr and submitted it on 17 july , but they say there is shortage of parts every time I call! I call them every 5 days, I even called them today they too! said they still didnt received any parts from Lava ! they will send them a email! f*ck ya that will help!
These micromax, Lava, Karbonn all have the same story, they seriously dont care about the customer coz they know any ways no one would dare buying the devices so why make keep them happy ?
I never said that tat the devices are bad ! bt these bitches didnt made it! Its the awesome work of those Chinese kids under paid , in bad condition! But that’s not why I wrote this, just how can a company not have parts of a device they released just 6 months ago! Nokia, Sony, Samsung can still repair your Nokia 7210, walkman, guru! they know how the world rolls!
And I was just thinkin wat wud be the condition in smaller towns! They used the phone fr 6 months, then it broke down and it stayed in the service center fr 6 months then they called me and said warranty over take ur phone and gt the f*ck off!
When a person pays fr his device he also pays that it will work for at least 1 years or else why won’t we buy those direct Chinese devices! If u cant do that then u shud not be in the market ! Ps so total time I had the tab = 7 months ... time dead = 2 + 1.5 months = 3.5 months therefore I had it fr 3.5 months awesome !
I most dont comment or post on things bt well I think everyone don’t have to commit the same mistake to learn some can learn from others!
Pls stay away from these brands until they change their priority from money to customer! And yes samsung and sony paid me a huge amount to write all this! I am super rich now, thats why I am whining about a tab costing 6k!
