I have given my Lava N400 at your service center (JMV TECHNOSOL, Kalkaji, New Delhi) on 7 September 2013. Till now they are not even responding me. I called several times, they always said wait for tomorrow OR I will call you after 5 minutes but they don’t respond.
And when I visited the service center they said my phone is dead but, I had given them in working condition just a problem in display, a line was coming in display nothing else. I even registered complaint at their number 18602007500. Now I have taken back my phone in worst situation from their service center......
Please solve my issue and repair my mobile soon and inform me as early as possible. (BY mail and call).
