I ordered it for by brother a few months ago. It is giving back to back problems.
Its battery is the worst. After I remove it from the charger slot the battery drains from 100% to 0 in an hour even if I use the phone or not. And to charge the phone to 100% it takes almost 3 hours. I have changed the battery thrice in 7 months but the problem still persists. Not just this, if I restart the phone, the battery then the battery level automatically goes below 15%.
The camera quality fine but the flash doesn’t work. And to take a picture it takes more than 4 seconds because the response time of the camera is slow.
One contact is saved multiple times. And some contacts which I have saved, is invisible when I try to find the contact to make a call. That contact is visible after an hour or so.
Whenever I go to the service center to fix these issue, they only update the software saying that the update will fix all the issues but it never gets fixed. Its a waste of money to buy this phone.
