Lava is the first phone that I ever buy.I buy it almost 7000 rupees I use it for almost 5 month. Until it gets switch off and I was unable to on the phone so I visited the nearest service centre. They took my phone and said that it will take almost 10 to 11 days to Repair that the phone so after 11days. Then the service centre and they told me that the phone is not ready so I have to visit the service centre again after 10 days so I visited again the service centre after 10 days but they still said that the my phone is not ready and it will take more time as the parts was the damage in my phone is not available in the market. after many days many weeks many months they are unable to return my phone.so I have to go to the Legal procedure By consumer forum.after I complain to the consumer forum they do the rest and the service centre give my money back for the phone. but they didn’t give my phone back but still they give my money 7000 rupees so after that incident I decided that I will never buy any lava phone in future.
