I have purchased this mobile built by Lava company Lava Iris a month ago as it had many features and the guy who was showcasing the product had made my dad end up with that mobile. And after purchasing it exactly a week later the following problems occurred:
1)Mainly the mobiles battery power which was working good started to perform below average, and soon so happened that whenever I had to use it, I need to plug the charging cable and keep it in charging and then use it. This was a very bad experience I had among all of these. And now I am using this mobile only for watching youtube videos, that too in charging mode, otherwise, it lasted a maximum of half an hour.
2) Mobile heating, I had the problem of overheating of this mobile, and this restricted me to use the mobile only for some time.
3) The low memory of this mobile also made my experience bad.
And when I went down to servicing of the mobile, they made some changes but their response was very bad. It took many weeks to get my mobile back, and whenever I went to enquire they responded as if they don’t have any respect towards to their customers. I request you not to buy any mobile of lava, they just show off and nothing more, it’s not at all worthy. Overall don’t buy this mobile. Thank you.
