I have bought this device - LAVA KKT-25, six month before from a local retail store.
Earlier being a basic phone I was pretty satisfying using the product but as the days gone by after 2 months from purchase - Battery was a serious issue - battery depleted and could use the device even for a day.
Later I had another issues followed the earlier - its the charging issue, I had consulted the shop I bought the device but could find an answer so I decided to change the charger I bought a good quality local charger to see if the charger had an issue or not, but sadly to its didn’t work either. I contacted the service center for the last 1 week but they denied to give proper support or casual in attending my complaint call.
Next time what ever phone I purchase I will never ever make LAVA my choice.
