I bought this phone 7 months ago and I am frankly speaking that this is a worst phone which I have used in my life. I am not going to share a positive review as many features are not up to the mark and there are several defects. Firstly, the sound perception is of very bad quality and it irritates me very much. This is a very disgusting fact about Lava kkt 30. There is no other feature than using this for calls, sms and alarm. There is nothing except the above mentioned which runs a little smooth. The customer care of Lava is worst as whenever I call there they talk to me arrogantly and I never get an appropriate answer. I wanna request LAVA to make phones for the better of people not for the sake of earning money. And if they can’t improve this phone, they should leave to make any phone further.
