The place is really wonderful. It is around 60Km outside Pune city in the state of Maharashtra. It’s Serene. Part of it feels like, you’re outside India because its located in outskirts mountainous area. It has pastel colored buildings like Amsterdam/Cuba. Its very clean as a foreign country, Open, very well planned and beautifully managed. All the infrastructure here is constructed in such a way that enhances and appreciates natural beauty. It’s very peaceful but very fun. Not crowded. Before you reach Lavasa you pass through a lot of twisting roads full of hairpin turns climbing up and down the mountain. It very amazing experience outside urban areas where the’s a lot of hustle and bustle and pollution. This is one of the ultimate chill spots I’ve been yet. It’s a wonderful escape. You can go for a little hike as well on mountains.
