Good Service by Lavender Holiday. I am very happy with the way they treat with Customer.
I would definitely suggest my friends to have a experience with Lavender Holiday.
However few points that I would like to notice to Lavender Holiday for more improvement in there services -
1) If you are sending the Journey package to your customer, please send it carefully.
I would share my exp. - In my Honey-Moon package they have mentioned the Candle light dinner with flower decoration, while In actually they said that.It’s not in your packages.
by mistake they have mentioned in my package.
So be specific about the packages which you guys are offering to your customers.
2) Kindly improve more the Tour-travel Bus service which you guys are arranging.
I am not saying it’s very good.but it’s not very good as well.
Now Few Good Points that I should be share for sure -
1) I like the way Sandeep treat his each and every customers.
2) Hotels arrangement is simply awesome.
3) Time management of tour-travels are good.Lots of things/places they covered in single day.So full paisa vasool:)
