Fraud company.they are operating with multiple names. I got my household items transferred from Delhi to Dehradun & many items got damaged. Before transporting my household items I told them that I want insurance of my household from insurance company.
They told that they will arrange insurance directly from insurance company & all documents are given by them directly to insuree. They charged Rs 6000 @ 3% of value of items. On the day of transit I asked them to give original of insurance policy for which they told that it’ll be send on my email.
I got unsurance policy but without invoice. As some of the items got damaged I contacted insurance company(Cholamandalam) & told them about damage of items & claim for damage item. To my surprise they send me a copy of insurance where in the premium paid was only Rs 100.00. When I contacted them(Mr Amit & Mr Ravi) initially for 4-5 days they said they are looking into the issue & later Mr Ravi told that nothing can be done & I can approach anybody for this issue.
