They have no sense of care for your stuff and they would rather trap you once you start dealing with them. We were aware that packer & movers can be notorious so we took everything in writing even then it was complete harassment for us.
They will try to introduce stupid reasons and stupid charges for everything cause they know you really don’t have chance a you would have already paid nearly 3% of your stuffs value a insurance premium. and once they start packing it really becomes a point of no return unless you are ready for a fight or are ready to face larger economic losses by rescheduling everything.
Then they will fight for payment that will be done on delivery, never make mistake of paying anything more that 80 %/ 70 %. but they will put all the possible pressure tactics to do that. Remember money in hand is the only thing what you have control over.
Then these guys don’t have any storage in any city or they will flease you for waiting charges
which you might have agreed at 100-200 rupees will become 1500 rs per day.
you really don’t have big choices now as you stuff is with them.
Then will also say that the guy who came to pack/ start business was only a middle men. Now he is gone and will disown his liability. all the people you get in touch are crooks.
I ended up paying 5k more than agreed money.
