Lady Pink gives big colorful advertisements in our Patrika(most circulated daily paper in our Kutchi Samaj). I & Mom fascinated by the add went with lot of enthusiasm to the shop at Ghatkopar E to stitch my wedding blouse. The shop looks amazing & dazzling from outside. Anyone will be flattered. Nice patters have been displayed in the window to attract the passerby. We entered the shop & also saw lot of beautiful patterns displayed & jewelery displayed. There are 3 tables attending to customers.
So we waited for one to get empty & attend us. But to our shock there is no one inside even bothered to attend you. When the table gets empty the staff just walks off without any intimation & when we asked one of the other lady staff she responds very rudely in gati hindi that all are busy nobody has time. Is this customer service offered to us. If they cannot manage why the hell do they advertise so much then. I am still not able to understand this. For the first time in my life I have faced such an horrifying customer service experience.
Big names, big adds, big commitments but empty implementation. We feel this principle is followed only by politician. But I can confidently say that it is strongly followed also by big names like Lady Pink!
