Have a handful or mouthful not a bagful..

Deep fried  chips have 5 times caloric density.of actual raw potatoes(boiled or even baked)


I kept away  from mouthshut for some  time.but I thought maybe I can contribute to the world by writing,  that wont be possible  if Im away.


Potatoes or spuds as they are called  .are mircale food.Chris voigt many years ago showed  the world  that he can live on 20 potatoes a day for 60 days and lose tons of weight and smashed the myth that potatoes make you fat .


Andrew flinders taylor has been on an all-potato diet for almost an year.and lost 50 kilos of weight since he began.of course u cant add any fatty condiment like cheese cream or oil .just use them boiled / baked / mashed . I spoke to Andrew on his youtube channel and hes doing so well .No health issues . The 2 pictures I have posted are of Chris Voigt and Andrew Flinders Taylor.


But now lets talk about Lays.of course it tastes awesome.deep fried potatoes change the caloric desnity 5  times.and trigger the dopamine center of the brain into pleasure . Yes  they are crispy.but the are also the food  trap.the food seduction.and Obesogenic . Have them occasionally, very sparingly, maybe just a handful or mouthfull not a bagful. I belive its not only deep friend.it also uses cheese  quite often.thats like adding insult to injury . Starches provide Glucose the primary fuel for  the body.but not as refiend as  these chips .dude. Tubers like potatoes or sweet potatos are intense dose of micro and macro nutrients until manipulated in the factory .


as much as possible have food as grown .grown on a Plant not made in a Plant(factory).


This is the scourge of eating modern food.its gonna make you fat and sick.


we are humans and love lays with all this oil and cheese and cream.if so.have it maybe once or twice a month and share it among friends. dont make it a habit .


Obesogenic word  means .triggers Obesity . WE have gone from fearing starches to shuning starches.which is wrong. Spuds / potatoes are great, and I mean awesome source of Vitamic C . calcium and loads of fiber but not as chips or  wafers .when eaten boiled or baked .


When we adopt an all potato diet which anyone healthy can . he / she gets 600% DRI of  calcium and 400% dri of IRon .how amazing is this food .  The all potato cleanse as its populariy called is a weight loss aid better than any protien shake . FYI I use about 10 potatoes a day most times in a week . But boiled with some salt and paparika .


If I ever  take lays its just a handful and thats it .Yes it a Pleasure trap.its that good.but it fails  the 567 calories per pound rule miserably .thats how we should eat.caloric dilute not dense food.and if it happens to be so caloric dense.seriously moderate .
