The first impression was pretty good. White picket fence, baby pink decor, pretty little seats I was instantly transported to some picturesque little bakery in France. However, I visited it in the evening and was moderately disappointed.
The bakery had only a handful of macroons, zero brownies and 5 cupcakes. I asked the man at the counter whether he could bake me some brownies. I was even ready to pay extra. He politely me told me, “Everything is sold out”. How can you say “Everything is sold out at 8.30pm?!
Dear Miss Pooja Dhingra, I later got the opportunity to sample some of your cupcakes and they are pretty good. I will suggest that you stock up your Bandra outlet. Telling your customers ”Everything is sold out” at 8.30 in the evening, doesn’t leave a good impression.
