I have been to a lot of 5 star hotels around the globe but I have never experienced such a pathetic service & also such a bad food quality that I would not even give a single point or recommendation to anyone to go to this hotel.
The fish was stinky & it was very surprising that it was stinking even though it is in Kochi- the place from where the fish is being exported to the rest of world.
The service is absolute pathetic in terms of getting anything for shower purpose & even after the daily cleaning non of the bathroom essentials were topped up.
Sad, but that’s the bad experience I had, so if you are planning for your trip do think twice about Le Meridian Kochi.
