I am writing this review on Lead Packers and Movers (Lead P&M), so that anybody who wants to move do not fall into their trap. I recently moved out from Bangalore, and for that reason I called up Lead P&M for warehousing and shifting of good to my new city. The only good point is that they were very fast in packing the good.
However, they were very rough in handling the goods, and also were not sensitive to costly items. However, the biggest surprise was yet to come. After packing was completed, the full payments (as per their own calculation) were met in post-dated cheque (including insurance). After arriving in the new city, I called them up for bringing the goods.
I didn’t know they actually took the help of another third party for sending the goods. Suddenly, I received a call from this third-party, asking me to pay other Rs 4000; otherwise they are not going to relieve the goods to me.
Not only that they also told me that they must first receive the amount in cash, and then only they are going to start unpacking the good. I called the Bangalore office, but to no avail. I had to pay the amount for getting the goods. Believe me, this is just "Daylight robbery", and I had no one to help me out as I was in a new city. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
