Recently I shifted my house from BTM to Marathahalli(Doddanekundi) .
With my frnds reference I contacted this guy(Raju), that day he came to old house and had a look at the luggage that needs to be shifted. He confirmed for a safe and best servic in the city. The way he spoke with me was good . I mean very proessional. So I got convinced and expected the same professionalism at the work. He also said personally he would be taking care when the Pkng & Mvng takes place. These talks took place just 10 days before the actual shift. I relied on this guy and didn’t check with anyone else.
Finally the day has come 1st May 2009. I called him on 30th to confirm the timings and all. That time he asked me not to worry for anything and suggested be relax. I was happy for getting such a good P & M at that time, pity on myself.
On 1st Mrng again I called to check with the timings . initially agreed for 12PM but this time he changed to 2PM. Time moved to 2 PM . no communication and when I called him he said on the way . finally some folks called me @ 3PM and said Raju(Owner of P & M) sent them. Then I made a phone call to him, he said, he wont go to local transport rather the guys will take care. That irritated me a lot . but I kept myself cool.
When I looked at the way they packed and unpacked it was horrible and pathetic guys. Such a worst way even local guys wont do that way.
They gave me 2 days pain of setting the things into proper way for the amount that I paid to them. I was not interested to fight with them as I am tired by that time and my 5 months old baby is crying. My sincere suggestion please don’t go to him. And don’t waste your time in dropping review like me after getting horrible exp.
Please be careful. They came with ten boxes(cottons) for packing and in that they simply dumped everything . even they are not bothered what are the items they are keeping in which box . they felt as a dust bin kind of thing.
