Lean In is a commendable job by Sheryl Sandberg! It is an apt example of stepping into the shoes of others and self. At the outset, it is intriguing and very comfortably establishes connection between reader and the writer. It binds women in thoughts that have existed subconsciously, and Sherly picks issues and provides resolutions in a very appreciative manner.
Lean In consists of all those situations that unfortunately women deal and have to deal with; though it is certainly not a side-taker. It is instead a realistic view of how life must be taken. Good for men also to read, since it is not preachy and rather gives a reasonable standpoint for men and women alike!
