I had very bad experience with this. I enrolled with TLC for Daycare facility, they made big promises, and I didn’t find that they are fulfilling the promise. There are instances where Management was not aware of. Snake entered in the small kids’ room and management came to know after 3 days. When we(Parents Group) with them after 3-4 days, management communicated that they were not aware of about this incident. Later came to know that there were some same kinds of incidents happened earlier and management promised to improve the things. But management didn’t bother to take any action on those next steps.
Then we(Myself and my Spouse) decided to discontinue the enrollment. Then they have deducted more money than the communication. They gave me sibling discount at the time of admission and charged 1500 for the admission kit. They didn’t give us Admission Kit and deducted fee-based on updated fee.
They are not transparent in terms of accounts and processes. So I don’t suggest or recommend this for your kids.
