I have had a very Bitter experience.
I joined the Santro driving school sometime in middle of october. First they were quite cordial and called us couple of times each day till we PAID. The car given was an old one with no power steering. The instructor was supposed to come at 8:00 first day but he never he did not bother to turn up. We constantly called them and visited their branch office only to get informed that they had forgotten to place my class schedule. The man finally came at about 10:00. His behaviour was rude and he was always in a hurry to finish. The car given was an old one with no power steering. When we complained they said that was the only car they got and we have to adjust or call their main office and speak to Mr. Imran. We decided to relent and continued with our assigned car.
The next week again our instructor decided to bunk. when we called he never picked up the phone. Though on calling from a different number he duly replied. On complaining to the branch office they said they will inquire. They never called back and when we in turn called they also stopped answering the phone…………. All in all “A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE”.
All I can think is that they are simple there to cheat people of their money. I Will not recommend it to anyone.
